On Armistice Day, Sky Sports pays tribute to some of the British sportsmen who redirected their sporting passions and energies into the First World War effort – and paid the ultimate price.

Natalya Coyle, who competed at the 2012 Olympics in modern pentathlon, will be telling us all about her sport. 

Modern pentathlon requires athletes to master five events: horse riding, running, swimming, shooting and fencing - and Natalya will show us her sword skills on the show!

Also on set will be Ebony Rainford-Brent, who helped England women win the 2009 World Cup and 2009 World Twenty20.
