Hosts strike late to see off 10-man Shots
Luton earned their first home win of the season as late goals from Asa Hall and Chris Martin secured all three points in the 3-1 win against 10-man Aldershot.
The Hatters took the lead in the 17th minute when Rossi Jarvis' low cross from the right allowed Michael Spillane to slide home his first goal for the club.
The visitors improved after the break and drew level in the 51st minute when Louis Soares' long ball released John Grant and the striker fired past Conrad Logan from the edge of the area.
The Shots looked the more likely winners until Ricky Newman was given a straight red card for hacking down Jarvis in the 78th minute.
That gave the hosts the impetus and Claude Gnakpa crossed from the right for Hall to power a header in off the post from eight yards with just two minutes remaining.
Martin wrapped things up in the fourth minute of stoppage time by blasting home left-footed from close range after Sam Parkin had nodded down another Gnakpa cross.
