Bulman relishing Wycombe test

Oxford midfielder Dannie Bulman is relishing the chance to play against his former club Wycombe on Saturday.

It will be the first time the 31-year-old has returned to Adams Park since he left six years ago. He was part of the Wanderers team that reached the FA Cup semi-finals in 2002. Now, Bulman is determined to put in a good performance for the U's. "I've only got good memories of the club (Wycombe), but we're working hard to get that first win that we want," he told the Oxford Mail. "I'll just let them know I'm still around and still trying to play football, and hopefully we can get a decent result there." Bulman, who won Oxford's players' player of the year award last season, made more than 240 appearances for the Chairboys between 1998 and 2004 before dropping a level to play for Stevenage, Crawley and then Oxford.
