Ainsworth credits team for win

Wycombe manager Gareth Ainsworth has praised all areas of his team for their performance in Saturday's 2-1 win over Hartlepool.

Young midfielder Max Kretzschmar came off the bench to score both of his side's goals but Ainsworth believes everyone played an important role in the victory. He told the club's official website: "It's not just about the unit, it's about the units - the defence, the midfield and the attack. "All the different units come together as an 11 and the distances weren't right in the first half, but were better in the second half. "We changed it again and went 4-1-4-1 towards the end of the game to try and nullify Steve Howard, who came on and caused us a few problems. We changed again and it paid off. "I thought the reaction in the second half proved that we are a good squad. We've got strength in depth and we had players that didn't make the trip - we're looking good at the moment."
