Top four all win in Sunday's Dutch action

The Eredivisie's top four all claimed wins on Sunday to keep it as you were at the summit of the Dutch top flight. Leaders PSV Eindhoven and third placed Ajax both enjoyed routs on home soil, while Steve McClaren's Twente remain in second after they battled to a three-point haul of their own. PSV made light work of RKC Waalwijk as the Philips Stadion faithful were treated to a 5-1 win that keeps them ahead of Twente by three points. A sixth minute penalty from Balazs Dzsudzsak got PSV on their way as they found themselves four-goals up at the break thanks to further efforts from Ibrahim Afellay, Danny Koevermans and Nordin Amrabat. Charlison Benschop grabbed RKC a consolation after the interval before Koevermans had the final say with his second of the afternoon. Twente were made to work considerably harder for their win as Bryan Ruiz struck with five minutes to go secure a 2-1 victory over NEC Nijmegen. Luuk de Jong put McClaren's men into a first half lead, only for Bjorn Vleminckx to restore parity in the 67th minute. With a stalemate looming it was left for Ruiz to emerge as the hero as he struck late on to give Twente the points. Ajax romped to a comfortable victory over 10-man FC Utrecht to keep themselves firmly in the race for the Eredivisie title. The visitors were reduced to 10-men when Jan Wuytens saw red and the home side profited as two goals apiece from Luis Suarez and Gregory van der Wiel sealed an ultimately easy win for Martin Jol's side. Rydell Poepon rescued Sparta Rotterdam a point with a last minute goal in their 2-2 draw with NAC Breda. Twice Breda let a lead slip as they had earlier forged ahead through Matthew Amoah, only for Milano Koenders to level before half-time. Csaba Feher swung the game back in Breda's favour just three minutes into the second period, but it was Poepon who had the final say at the death. There was more late drama at Groningen as Feyenoord strengthened their grip on fourth with a thrilling 3-2 win, again secured in the last minute. Goals from Andre Bahia and Diego Bieswar had put Feyenoord in complete control but late efforts from Matavz (83) and Andreas Granqvist (88) appeared to have won Groningen a point. It was, though, Ron Vlaar that got the game's winner as his last-gasp goal secured Feyenoord the spoils.
