Kirk winner sets up clash with Celtic
Dunfermline set up a Scottish Cup fifth round tie with Celtic after a 2-1 win after extra-time away to Stenhousemuir.
The tie was ordered to be replayed after Dunfermline fielded a suspended player and made further administrative errors in their 7-1 home win over the Warriors.
The visitors struggled to make a breakthrough in the early stages though they did take the lead in the 35th minute when Joe Cardle latched on to a David Graham pass to score his fourth goal in two games.
However, Stenhousemuir levelled with a Kevin Bradley penalty after Greg Ross pushed Scott Gair in the area.
The Pars threatened to retake the lead soon after but William Gibson's 20-yard effort was tipped round the post by Chris McCluskey.
From the resulting corner, Steven Bell missed the target with his close-range header.
Dunfermline could not breach the Stenhousemuir defence and the game went to extra-time where there were relatively few chances until Andrew Kirk slotted home from Cardle's pass in the 112th minute to give the League One side a home tie with Celtic.
